Working closely with our clients, partners and as part of an Alliance team, Real Data Matrix (RDM) has marched-on strongly through a fast-moving third quarter 2011, and progressing well in fourth quarter 2011.

 

Within the RDM’s Professional Services offering, we continue to grow in our IT Resource Outsourcing businesses, extending our skilled and reliable resources to a large local conglomerate. The IT resources underwent strings of interview sessions with the client prior to confirmation and formally proceeding a multi-months contract offer to RDM. We have recently completed a service performance evaluation with the client, receiving an overall satisfying feedback. 

 

RDM working with our partner and as a team, have secured and won a multi-years contract in provision of a team of ICT Support resources to an international Oil & Gas organization. The core team members have worked closely together in identifying and providing the “right” skilled resources to the client, ensuring the client’s expectation are met and handling of critical Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment and solutions within the client’s premise.

 

RDM’s Support Division has been awarded a continuous Support and Maintenance services and supplying of parts for one of our existing Government organization. The continuous extension is made possible based on the client’s comfort and trust with the support provided by RDM.

                                          

RDM has continued to expand into the ICT Security space and has been awarded a Desktop Management (DM) solution for an international Oil & Gas organization. Recognizing RDM’s competency in the ICT Security domain, the client has extended a separate exercise to assess their corporate e-mail environment, inclusive of the security portion.

 

As we are moving into the end of Year 2011, RDM believes with the steady progression we are making, the support that we have from our clients and partners, we would have a GREAT YEAR AHEAD in Year 2012.
