Sales
Manager Position (1 position)
Job Requirements / Description:
· Experienced
candidate, with at least 2 to 3 years in Sales Management.
·
Manages Sales
activities on major assigned accounts and maintaining good rapport with
customer.
·
Negotiates sales
price with solution partner, distributor and supplier.
·
Strong
understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
·
Proven leadership
and ability to drive sales closure, with minimal supervision.
·
Experienced in
consultative selling would be an advantage.
·
Excellent
communication and presentation skills.
·
Creates and
conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
·
Reporting
directly to the RDM General Manager.
IT
Security Lead position (1 position)
Job Requirements / Description:
·
Experienced
candidate, with at least 2 to 3 years in relevant skills.
·
Serves as an
internal IT Security consultant to the organization.
·
Experienced in IT
Security tools, such as security risk assessment, intrusion detection,
penetration test and monitoring.
·
Ability to
identify and resolve security problems in a timely manner, with minimal
supervision.
·
Familiar with IT
Security policies, compliances, procedures and services.
·
Familiar with IT
Security project implementation and management.
·
Familiar with
disaster recovery plan would be an advantage.
·
IT Security
certified in Cisco CCNP, ITIL, RACF, would be an advantage.
·
Reporting
directly to the RDM PTS Senior Manager.
Accounts
Assistant (1 position)
Job Requirement / Description:
·
Experienced candidate,
with at least 1 to 2 years in relevant skills.
·
Excellent
computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
·
Effective oral
and written communication skills.
·
Knowledge of
Office Administration and book keeping procedures.
·
Knowledge of
accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining general ledgers.
·
Knowledge of
payroll functions and procedures.
·
General knowledge
of various employment laws and practices.
·
Skills in
database management and record keeping.
·
Attention to detail
and high level of accuracy.
·
Able to exhibit a
high level of confidentiality.
·
Excellent
organizational skills.
·
Must be able to
gather and analyze information skillfully.
·
Reporting
directly to the RDM Finance & HR Head.
