It has been an exciting and busy second quarter, year 2011, for Real Data Matrix (RDM), where we have made major achievements in various areas of our i-Infrastructure offerings. 

Real Data Matrix as part of an Alliance team has been awarded a multi-year Content Management outsourcing project by an international Oil & Gas organization. Driving the project management and working closely with the client, RDM ensures a successful project implementation and on-schedule Production Go-Live of the project. Recognizing the effort that the project team has contributed and the success of the project, the team received a formal project completion achievement recognition from the client’s IT Head. This achievement has resulted in the expansion of the solution to additional divisions within the client’s organization.

Supported by RDM’s Support Division providing 24x7 support structure level and a one call centre number, RDM has been awarded both Server and Storage maintenances by one of the largest conglomerate in Malaysia. Over a short duration, the client is convinced and pleased with the support provided by RDM, resulting in further arrangements on other IT maintenance areas. In supporting the continuous growing support business of RDM, we have expanded out support team and further strengthen our support infrastructure and processes.

RDM has continued to excel into the IT Security space and has been awarded a Nationwide Desktop Management (DM) solution for a large local conglomerate. Working closely with the client’s IT and Project Management Office (PMO) team, we have successfully completed the first phase of the project deployment which is currently running in Production environment. The DM solution enables the client to monitor, track, deploy and maintain all their workstations remotely, inclusive of laptops. The client has enjoyed the efficiency and savings of time, resources and cost as a result of implementing this solution.
